specifically designed for your body. It’s a personal session experience in a group atmosphere.

Align + FIT

Utilizing a series of bands, light weights and sliding disks, this class works your entire body to sculpt your muscles

and create structural stability. In this class, you will focus on smaller muscles around your hips, glutes, thighs, abs, lower back and arms.

Align + COMBO

This class mixes cardio and isometric training for full body conditioning. You will be working at an advanced level that will help you achieve your fitness goals.

Align + CARDIO

As a complement to Align + FIT classes, Align + CARDIO is a cardio class aimed at getting your heart rate up and toning your muscles using the Pilates jumpboard, jump ropes and therabands. This class is all levels, welcome to beginners as well as the advanced looking to sweat and have fun!


Unplug and get back to basics with this 30-minute meditation class. Whether you are new to meditation or have an existing practice, this class is the perfect dose of quiet. Simplify your practice and get clear for a wonderful day ahead.
