Athletic Reformer: Whole Body Reformer Part 3 & 4
An advanced 2 day workshop for Pilates professionals building off the concepts covered in Whole Body Reformer Part 1 and 2. Learn new sequences and flows using the Pilates Reformer and Jumpboard. Flows are designed to intelligently target the whole body while incorporating music to move and motivate your Pilates Class. In addition to Jumpboard variations, this workshop infuses fitness and athletic conditioning flows that will elevate your heart rate and burn calories. 8 Pilates Method Alliance Continuing Education Credits per day, 16 total. Whole Body Reformer Part 1&2 recommended but not required prior to taking this workshop.
* Pilates foundations are discussed however this workshop is designed for Pilates practitioners with previous Reformer and Mat training and with a minimum of 1 year teaching experience.
