BREATH

Learn to focus on your breathing in order to become more present in all areas of your life. Depending on the class, learn techniques to help you feel calm or energized using the breath—Which is helpful for the reduction of stress and anxiety.


INTENTION

Learn to live more consciously, and to use intention not only in your meditation practice, but in all areas of your life. The more we do things with intention, the more focused we become.


THOUGHTS

Most people give up their meditation practice because they have thoughts, and think they are doing it wrong. There is no wrong way to meditate. In each class learn new ways of viewing your thoughts and they are part of the meditation process. While thoughts and emotions can seem overwhelming, learn to shift the energy behind your thoughts without judgement, and to embrace your emotions behind them.


SOUND

 

 

Sound Healing is one of the most powerful and profound forms of healing that exists today. In each class either crystal bowls,   Himalayan bowls, or the gong are used to transcend the mind, body, and spirit allowing for spontaneous healing to occur.


MANTRA

 

 

 

Mantra means “mind-vehicle” and is used to bring relaxation into the body and mind. As you repeat a word or phrase repeatedly, it becomes a part of the fabric of your energy. Mantra combined with sound healing helps to release deeply held stress in your body.


HEART

 

 

Learn to connect with the core of your being, and cultivate compassion and loving-kindness practices in all areas of your life. Learn to open your heart to yourself, those you love, the people you dislike, to your friends, co-workers, and even strangers.
