Align Pilates Studios are inviting and beautiful places to practice Pilates. I enjoyed a class called Connect using the “Konnector” system on the traditional reformers at Align Pilates Studios West, and it creates some fun and challenging variations to familiar reformer exercises.

This studio is pristine! It’s super clean and it’s the only place I do indoor workout classes and feel safe from covid (they have air filters throughout the studio). The equipment is also really nice and the variety of exercises in class keeps it different every class. I am one to usually get bored during workout classes and that never happens here. Also, I’m impressed with the quality of all the instructors. I’ve been to a variety of instructor classes and really have not been disappointed with anyone. They’re all fantastic, friendly, give a bit of individual attention, and make you feel comfortable.

I’ve been coming to this studio for nearly a year and am so pleased I decided to come. My experience is limited to private instruction, but I would happily take a class if time allowed. The space itself is calming and spacious with like-new equipment. Pilates on the reformer has become a fundamental component of my long-term wellness, being gentle on the body while still challenging and fun!     Connect reformer classes are designed to help you improve your posture, technique, and core strength while using the Konnector® straps, a unique single-rope pulley system that enhances your pilates experience to a level unlike any other studio in town.

    Flow classes are designed for intermediate level participants, with modifications and advanced options provided as needed by our expert instructors. These classes are suitable for all fitness levels, including expectant mothers. If you have any injuries or health concerns, we recommend that you consult with us beforehand to ensure that Flow is the right fit for you.

  • Burn Class - ALIGN Pilates Studios

    Burn

    Are you a seasoned Pilates pro looking for a challenge? Look no further than our Burn Pilates reformer classes!

    Our Burn class is perfect for those without injuries and will give you an intense workout that is sure to make you break a sweat. You’ll learn advanced Pilates techniques and functional movement patterns, such as squats, lunges, and planks. We use the Pilates reformer to add an extra challenge to these common exercises, taking your workout to the next level. We’ll also use props like weights, magic circles, and bands to make the experience even more intense.

    In just 50 minutes, you’ll feel energized and unstoppable. Please note that this class is challenging and recommended for those with some experience. If you’re new to Pilates or have injuries, we suggest trying a different signature class such as Connect, Flow, or Restore first.

    Bodhi Burn

    Looking to take your Pilates practice to the next level? Look no further than our Bodhi Burn Class!

    Our Bodhi Burn Pilates class is perfect for Pilates enthusiasts with an advanced fitness level, who enjoy challenging athletic conditioning classes. It’s one of our most advanced ALIGN Pilates classes on the schedule.

    During the class, we spend half the time on the reformers and the other half using our unique Bodhi suspension system.

    Using the Bodhi ropes, a four-point rope suspension system, we create a workout that challenges your stability and engages your core in new ways. We also incorporate our Burn class into the program to stimulate your muscle memory and push your muscles to the limit, leaving you sore for days.

    If you have severe injuries, we do not recommend this class. Instead, we suggest trying one of our ALIGN, Flow, or Restore classes if you’re still recovering from an injury.
